We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

You can pause, edit, cancel, or manage your subscriptions anytime in the Subscriptions page. Please make sure you make changes before the delivery cut off so you don't incur any unwanted charges.

Are subscriptions automatically charged?
Yes, subscriptions will automatically be charged on the credit or debit card you paid with. Customers choose to "set and forget" essentials like bananas, milk, and toilet paper .
Subscriptions can run weekly, every 2 weeks, or every month, depending on your settings. You also get discounts for subscribing.

We are delivering twice a week in Phnom Penh only, on Mondays and Thursdays during a time of your choosing.
Please order by 2pm the day before.

KampuKart provides grocery delivery services within designated areas of central Phnom Penh on Mondays and Thursdays only.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, KampuKart may leave the order with building reception, security, or reschedule delivery where possible.

Delivery is sent via Grab Express at the customer's expense. Customers must pay the driver at delivery, at the standard rates set by Grab. Fees typically range from $1-3.
Customers select a preferred delivery date and time window during checkout. KampuKart will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the selected timeframe.
KampuKart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, customer unavailability, weather conditions, traffic, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customer satisfaction is important to KampuKart.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, expired, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and details.
Where appropriate, KampuKart will offer a replacement or store credit.
Due to the nature of grocery products, perishable items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue reported within the stated timeframe. Kampukart is responsible for the delivery fee of returned items.
KampuKart reserves the right to decline refunds or returns for issues reported outside the allowed timeframe.
